Land Logic Ltd will always pay site Introducers a fee upon signing a land promotion agreement with the main success fee being payable when the site is later sold. Potential site introducers who know of deliverable off market sites or wish to become involved in the process of site introducing are welcome to telephone us for an evaluation of the site and the likely outcome in strict confidence.
