Under certain circumstances and on large sites it may assist the planning process to partner up with a large house builder developer at an early stage of the process. This methodology will give planners confidence in the deliverability of the site and that it will not be sold off piecemeal to smaller builders which would in any event result in the site owner being paid “on the drip”.
