Detailed planning consent will be sought by your turnkey self-build partners once the designs and the external appearances have been agreed with each of the four purchasers.

Each finished house will be in the region of 3,000 square feet which on current values will be worth in excess of £1,000,000 and your self-build partner will deliver you a bespoke new home for at least 10% lower than an independent market valuation.
